Completing a few marathons and obtaining her Personal Training certification, it was natural to find a career within the health and wellness industry.After her first niece Cora was born, Erica was inspired to work with both moms and babies. Seeing her sister struggle with her post-baby weight and having difficulty finding activities to do with her daughter, Mommy & Baby Fitness was a perfect fit.Erica began Mommy & Baby Fitness in 2009, for Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex and has enjoyed every moment!
