I joined this club 2 years ago. There is no magic bullet, it's hard work and worth it if you stick to it. The mix of classes, cardio and strength training machines keeps it fresh. Re: the 2012 negative review, yes, there was one rather nasty staff member who left about a year ago, and all current staff are super supportive, pleasant and friendly now! Location convenience is an individual preference and for me, it's absolutely perfect.

First time kickboxing and it was the best place to do it at! Got lots of focus on doing the exercise right so I would not get hurt and really made me break a sweat. Super helpful and motivational instructors! Cant wait for my next class!

I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.
