CrossFit in essence is a strength and conditioning program created to forge complete fitness. Used by the military, police academies and Special Forces units, it prepares the individual for anything. Our program can be scaled for any one. Our workouts are tough, and they have to be. However, we use the same workouts for our seniors and professional athletes. The needs of Olympic athletes, grandparents, housewives, Special Forces and the like differ by degree not kind. And they have all found their best fitness from the same program. This program punishes the specialist and rewards the generalist. In other words, it creates a complete athlete capable to meet any challenge life throws at him. It truly makes exercise fun!
