We have 40 years of experience teaching instrumental, vocal and musical theory lessons. We offer lessons in piano, voice, drums, violin, flute, and guitar. We include repertoire (Classical and popular), sight reading, theory, technique, and ear training in our program. This ensures our students develop quickly as they can understand music and their instrument at an integral, logical, and creative level. Our school is equipped with real acoustic pianos, electronic equipment, and spacious, comfortable studio. We have a spectacular concert in a concert hall every June to showcase what the students have been working on!

The music studio is a place where students can come to their lessons and will find encouragement and enthusiasm for music making wherever they are in their journey of learning. Curiosity is celebrated and mistakes are looked upon as learning experiences. I look forward to teach students whose purpose in music study is enrichment and enjoyment. While I teach all ages my teaching is mainly focused on young children. As an early childhood music and movement specialist, I know the benefits of including music in a child’s life. It helps to improve their brainpower, develop social skills, build confidence, inspire creativity, teaches patience, expression and discipline. Every student’s reason for wanting to learn to sing or play the piano is different. Some may want to pursue exams and performance while others will want it for their own enjoyment. While some will want to perform in festivals and competitions others may want to be able to play while everyone sings “Happy Birthday".

Keyboard Ventures Music School was founded in 1992 in response to the growing need to use modern techniques and styles and make playing music fun. Music for Young Children offers group piano lessons for ages 4 and up, as well as offering the Sunrise class: a pre-school keyboarding class for age 2-4. We incorporate rhythm instruments, singing, movement and puppets into the teaching, for a fun way to learn how to play piano and gain a solid musical foundation. We can teach to suit multiple learning styles: making use of tactile and audio-visual teaching. We strive to instill a joy of music and create a fun environment.
