Vahik presides over his workshop filled with machines and hand tools and dozens of all manner of musical instruments. I have brought him an old violin from a flea market for his assessment. He thinks it is worth repairing and we agree to three stages. When each stage is complete the violin improves enormously. Finally, he is satisfied and so am I...a real transformation! The violin both looks and plays wonderfully. The cost of repairing is not cheap, but much increased the value! Thanks!
