Awesome Customer Service. My wife and I purchased a sofa bed and 2 recliners. Upon delivery, we discovered an issue with the sofa bed (wrong pattern) and an issue with a recliner (configuration). Both issues were manufacturing and not because of EHF. What impressed us was the courteous professionalism we encountered while reaching a resolution. The sofa bed pattern was corrected and delivered. The recliner target date 1 Nov 2019. Because of Mike-Cust svc and Jessica-sales, our go to is EHF.

What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house. All this during Covid. And I know not much about arranging all this stuff. Dawn, and Mary at Warkentin were so patient with my many calls without making me feel my questions were too basic.

I previously worked as an assistant trainer and young dog specialist for Kevin Cheff at Flint River Retrievers which is a nationally recognized company specializing in retriever training for Field Trials and national competitions. I have also done a variety of work with Marc Patton at Hidden Acres Retrievers located in Minnesota which was the number one rated Derby kennel In the United States in 2015.
