The Village of Arden is a utopian, single-tax community noted for its arts, crafts, and theater. It has a town-meeting form of government. Half the land is forests and greens, which are not taxed. Arden is one of three villages known as The Ardens: Arden, Ardentown, and Ardencroft. Each has a separate government.
