The RMT who worked on me,at Healing Winds was Tasha. I haven't been able to play soccer for almost 2 months due to my back and thigh pain. I've tried a Chiropractor and had some physiotherapy but the problem would still persist. After my massage with Tasha Moutsos, my back felt better and the pain was gone. She said that the cause was from a hip flexor muscle called the psoas. I followed up with another massage 3 days later and now I feel great and I'm back playing soccer again!

Very relaxed enviroment. Jennifer combines her knowledge and experience treating injuries with a variety of relaxing extras...Hot towels, heated blanket on the table, great music, etc. I would highly recomend her to anyone. She is also a Reader's Choice award winner 2 years running.

Best Massage Ever!!!
Found out about this little gem of a clinic through my Husband. We live in the area and my husband was hanging christmas lights and hurt his back. I called talked to a lovely girl named Jennifer shes an RMT there, luckily she had a cancellation so she took my husband that day ...he said it was the best massage ge ever had and we are true massage experts... This piqued my interest and being a little stiff myself, I thought later that weekIi'd go for a massage too. Boy was my husband right!Best Massage ever , if Jennifer isnt available adk fir Calvin hes smazing too ! Great place to get all your injuries fixed up fast. The Chiro uses massage, physio and adjustments in her treatment. I think thats why you get better so fast. And they have a water massage machine that is out of this world. You have to try it and the clinic!
