Stacey Bellefontaine Massage Therapy is a local small business in Porters Lake, right on the lake with Stacey at the heart of it. Stacey has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2010 and is in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Nova Scotia. Stacey has 8 years’ experience in treating a variety of conditions and is very passionate about empowering her clients to take an active roll in their health. Stacey’s approach to treatment is to provide the most effective treatment with minimal discomfort. She has further training in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Massage, TMJ Dysfunction, Myofascial Rebalancing and Neurological Inhibition Techniques of the Pelvis/Sacrum and Cervical Spine. She uses these techniques to treat migraines/headaches, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, sciatica, whiplash and any other condition that a client may walk through her door with.
The Massage Therapists and Wholistic Practitioners Association of the Maritimes having completed her training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Halifax as an Honors student Hons. She also has a BSc in Nutrition from Mount Saint Vincent University, Bedford. Louise's qualifications include the internationally recognized Vodder School Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques for non-compromised lymphatic systems.
