The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. The crew were friendly, and polite, and went to my neighbours to ensure they knew any cleanup of shingles and nails would be done, and it was fastidiously. They were great.
