Have nothing but great things to say about Pop a Lock. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. I had a totally wonderful experience w/ these people & I'm v. grateful. I'm a Toronto woman so I was not familiar w/ the roads up here. On this mid-Nov night fresh snow started coming down. I was leaving from a retreat & I got caught, past midnight, on an uphill. I was fortunate to call these guys. Exactly 45min later, as advised, their wonderful friendly driver Andrew showed up. By then, more snow had fallen & w/ his guidance I was able to turn the car around. He was so kind & helpful! TY guys!

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. We were stranded when a small independant motel on Hwy 11 did not work out. Called at 6pm and they had 2 rooms ready for us within 15 minutes. The best value in the area. Well trained staff performed flawlessly. Considering we were 3 cold and wet hunters that had been in the bush for 12 hours we were treated like kings!
