She takes the time to do the process properly and has your best interest in mind. She knows your name and to her, it's not about quantity of clientele but quality. I've been getting manicures and pedicures ever since arthritis prevented me from doing my own (over 15 years). This is one of the best places I've ever been to.
The site was clean and airy, the only waiting time was while they filled the footbath with water, and the service was excellent. They did an excellent job, even though I'm *extremely* ticklish. The prices are in line with other places in Guelph.
I've been going there for over 7 years, and won't go anywhere else.

The service is no nonsense/no frills.
A manicure and Pedicure can be done in about an hour. The salon is new and has nice massage chairs for your pedicure.

I enjoyed the fact that I could book my appt online. I got to choose the stylist and the service that I wanted, as well as the date and time. The salon is very clean and organized. Jackie was kind and attentive. It was clear that she is talented and experienced in what she does. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did not go off course as other hairdressers have in my past. The prices are very fair. Definitely a positive experience and I will be returning!
