Every room has an alarm clock radio, modem connection (High Speed Internet - in office), full cable TV, DD phone, complimentary coffee, fridge, and shower/bath. No pets and non-smoking. RV Park The Big Rig Friendly 20 site RV Park is situated in a pleasant, landscaped, treed setting. Sites are level and fully serviced. Each site has 30/50 amp electricity, water / sewer, full cable TV, garbage can and picnic table. The showers are NOT coin operated and are extremely well maintained. The grass area for tents and overflow parking is a favourite with many customers. Pets allowed on leash. Nitehawk Recreation Area, a jewel in the peace country is about to get even better. Hard to believe Nitehawk Recreation Area is run as a non-profit. Nitehawk Recreation Area has been in existence since 1960 and run by a board of directors, a dedicated team of volunteers and a hard working crew of staff. Through the course of the winter we expect upwards of 40,000 visits to our ski hill. We think it's one of the best opportunities for young people in particular to enjoy fresh air, exercise and good clean fun in a controlled environment. That's why so many families and businesses are keen to support our Nitehawk Ski Hill. Over the years Nitehawk has grown from a quaint ski hill to a multipurpose recreational area and facility. It employs 8 full time and 60 part time seasonal staff throughout the year, and provides recreation, exercise and fun for thousands of people year round. The chalet provides a wonderful facility for weddings and conventions.

We offer four rustic, lakeside, log cabins and one large cottage as well as camping and RV sites. Each cabin has an airtight wood stove, propane stove and fridge. These housekeeping cabins are supplied with pots, pans, dishes and all kitchenware. The two larger cabins sleep six people and the smaller cabins accommodate three people perfect for a family vacation. The small cabins are ideal for honeymoon getaways. One cabin is wheel chair accessible. The large cottage sleeps ten. You will find a propane barbecue at each cabin. There is free firewood and free hot showers. The resort is ideal for your family reunion.
