After having a terrible experience at Purba Vision, I came to LensCrafters in hopes I could find a specific frame that was recently discontinued. They were able to have the frames ready by the next day and the service was as terrific. The gentleman who helped me was kind and thorough, he even called me to let me know the glasses were ready at the time they had specified. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me!!!
