My family and I have been seeing Dr. Herman Shen for the last 15 years. He has always been courteous and thorough in all of his exams. Each of his offices, (in Metrotown, President Plaza and Henderson) are very convenient to go to with plenty of parking and shopping nearby. There is always a wait, but that is normal and to be expected at all doctor offices who are popular and sought after.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Herman Shen and Associates to all of my friends.

I went to Coquitlam Optometry last week for an eye exam. This was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr Mithani checked the health of my eyes in addition to giving me a prescription for glasses. They also took a picture of my retina. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions and explain my eye condition, he was very easy to talk to. The staff there were awesome. Very helpful in helping me choose the the right eyeglasses and decide on the best lens for my prescription. I was extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend this office for your next eye exam
