REINTEGRATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM Kairos Community Resource Centre is a non-profit organization offering open custody, open detention and community based services to youth ages 12-17 years.The organization is mandated to provide youth justice services under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA) and subject to licensing requirements as set out through the Child and Family Services Act (CFSA) and the Ministry of Children and Youth Services (MCYS). Services are based on the Principles of community safety, accountability and the reduction of recidivism through the provision of rehabilitative programs and community reintegration.
