Maree Leighton, founder of BODY CORE, has over 12 years personal coaching experience and has helped over 100 clients from 10 to 88 years old, from beginners to elite athletes achieve their fitness, strength, and nutrition goals through both personal and small group coaching.
Maree offers her services from her fully equipped boutique studio in Discovery Ridge, SW Calgary and will work with you to improve all areas of your fitness, including posture, balance, flexibility, strength, agility and power as well as aerobic fitness.

Shelagh Clarke, the owner/operator of Pro Pilates and Physio has been a physiotherapist for over 30 years, certified in Medical Acupuncture since 2004, and a Pilates instructor since 2010. She has a special interest in treating clients with complex and/or multiple musculoskeletal conditions.
Her physiotherapy approach includes a detailed assessment, thorough explanation of findings, suggested treatment plan (may include manual therapy, needling, modalities and/or Pilates), progressive home exercise programming and communication with other medical team members. Her clients are motivated to make a permanent change in their lives in order to resume previous activities.
Her Pilates clients often have stable pre-existing or chronic issues that benefit from her extensive rehab background, teaching and motivational skills. Shelagh can modify exercises to suit a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions. All treatments are private, 1-on-1 sessions lasting 55 minutes in her private clinic.
