Sam at Golden Hand Reno offered the most competitive rate, and presented design ideas that the competitors never considered. The project from beginning to end was handled very professionally, including the establishment of a contract and payment instalments that reflected the amount of work completed. Sam was in regular communication with me and attended my home each morning to ensure the job was proceeding as planned, and that I was satisfied with the progress.
