Chang is an associate professional at the Richmond Hill Foot Clinic and is a member of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists and the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine. He attained his Masters of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto and was awarded a Graduate Advanced Diploma of Chiropody (D. Ch.) from the Michener Institute.

Paul Leszner has extensive knowledge and many years of experience in the medical field of podiatry. He had worked with the Sunnybrook Health Science Centre since 1981 and was Chief of the Podiatry Division from 1985 until 2002. Paul Leszner had been a part of a group practice in general podiatry, including diabetic and orthopedic foot care, working in conjunction with orthopedic surgeons and rheumatologists. Furthermore, Paul Leszner is a member of the Ontario Podiatry Association, and has represented the Association on healing arts and radiation protection.
