We went there as a group of 11 about a month ago to celebrate a landmark birthday, and our meals were delicious and we were all pleased with how fast and effortless everything was. The atmosphere was perfect.

Great food and service. We haven’t been to a store in over 2 weeks because of Covid-19 and decided to get takeout Fish & Chips tonite. I order over the phone and was told to arrive at 5:35. They only allowed one person in the Restaurant at a time. My food was hot, fresh and plentiful.

My girlfriend and I went up to tobermory ontario a few weeks ago. I have never had such amazing customer service in my entire life. Our server was super kind, funny and made lots of jokes to keep us entertained through our meal. The food was fast to arrive, fresh, and tasted delicious the light the entire dish, I highly recommend eating here on any visit to tobermory, and I hope you get the same server as us his name was James :)

great service, been several times even on fridays when they are extremely busy with dining and take out we still get the great halibut which they are known for.
have been going since 1987 and still appreciate that they hand cut fillets of halibut daily. servers are friendly , not a large wine list but have by the glass at very reasonable prices. very happy with the family fish and chip business which started in toronto in the early 50s. note all salads homemade

My husband surprised me with a 60th birthday party in the Gazebo Room. What an amazing night! The staff did a wonderful job. The girls were courteous, friendly & very professional. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner! Would highly recommend!!

Had fish and chips at Captain George's yesterday for Good Friday and have to say it was outstanding fish was really good and not greasy and portions were huge my one plate feed two!!! I'll definatly try this fish and chips restaurant again and would really recommend to others as well!! thank you Steve Brown
