Theyre the most polite people and man do they make fantastic pizza, poutine and garlic bread. Id really love to give them a 5 star but my only complaint is the price and even though it might be steep you really do get what you pay for. Also recommend they go with loaf bread for the garlic bread the slices are great but I feel that the given 8 might be a tad slim and even if they have to up the price a tad for a loaf I guess thats fine as well. Love the place recommend it over Bills Pizza House. Read more

My girlfriend and I went up to tobermory ontario a few weeks ago. I have never had such amazing customer service in my entire life. Our server was super kind, funny and made lots of jokes to keep us entertained through our meal. The food was fast to arrive, fresh, and tasted delicious the light the entire dish, I highly recommend eating here on any visit to tobermory, and I hope you get the same server as us his name was James :) Read more
In 1979 Mr. Jerk had its humble beginning in Toronto, Canada in the backroom of a small West Indian grocery chain called Linstead Market. The demand for jerk pork and chicken was so overwhelming from its customers that in 1986 the Jamaican owners opened their first Caribbean restaurant specializing in jerk products. At the same time they also introduced a new Jamaican fried delight called festivals which was only known to the local beach-goers at Helshire Beach in Jamaica. This original restaurant was established in a very small space in the Peanut Plaza in North York, Ontario, Canada. It was so small that a reporter from the Toronto Sun newspaper described it as not much larger than a closet. No one could ever realize what a phenomena this little restaurant would unleash on the international scene when they offered authentic Jamaican jerk products to their customers for the first time outside of Jamaica. At this time most Caribbean restaurants were only known mainly for their patties, stews, and curries
