This maxi is very good compared to all other grocery business in the surrounding areas. Even the walmart close by does not compare. This is where I do all my grocery shopping, although watch out, they sometimes check out the cars to make sure they are shoppers there. I had the pleasure of having an associate named Heather assist me. I had to return 2 products that were spoiled..I did not have my receipt. I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. She was friendly and courteous..she listened. It was not an ordeal...If it hadn't have been for Heather, I probably would have stopped shopping there. She is an asset, and I thank her

I love this store. The management has improved its appearance and overall quality over the past few years, but the family-owened store has always been a favourite among locals for its convenience, prices, garden centre and deli. The only grocery store on the eastern side of the river, it holds key importance for military families' busy lives. It is a local treasure with a family atmosphere that is welcoming in a way that is becoming rare among grocery establishments.

The very angry comment that has been posted is surely an anomaly. We shop at this Loblaws frequently and find it has a great selection of goods, friendly service, and, yes, easy parking. Its one of my favourite grocery stores.
