We believe the fresher the ingredients are, the better quality the product is. All of our produce is sliced and chopped everyday, in-store, to maintain freshness. In November of 2016, as new owners, we took on the task of following in the footsteps of our predecessors. We covet the special recipes that were passed on to us, and have been diligent to follow them precisely. Why mess with perfection?
