I will enter attics and perform a proper inspection of the attic structure and its components. I have taken courses relevant to Residential Inspections and Code related courses. My knowledge of building Science helps identify future issues before they happen. I go beyond my Standards of Practice to give my client the best inspection possible. I actively show pictures of inspections on Facebook of homes and the issues I find on a regular basis. My reporting software allows me to show my clients pictures of problem areas in detail.
