I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. What a great experience today. I missed the last minute beeper in the coin wash and ran out of time. The owner was cleaning the wash stall next to me and saw that I ran out of time. Not only did he finish rinsing my car, the showed me a product I would have never tried as I didn't know what it was for. He spent the time (and his money) to rainX my car with fantastic results. Great car wash and fantastic customer service.
