Was in a bad car accident and was left with hearing loss and bad ringing in the ears from the air bag. John said some got relief with hearing aids. Insr. was slow at approving and I was on a trial but John really worked with me and extended it as he knows it was helping me. He is a very caring man and really wishes to help people. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to all my friends.

After going other places, took my mother-in-law here to get hearing checked. The service was excellent and the Audiologist here really knew her stuff. Treated comfortably and no heavy sales pressure. This is the way I expected to get treated and prices were very competitive for hearing aids.
