Life poses many challenges. Sometimes we are able to manage and cope with challenges quite well. At other times, challenges become overwhelming and turn into problems that affect our work, relationships and overall outlook on life. We are dedicated and experienced therapists with the belief that problems are a natural part of life and when dealt with in healthy ways can provide opportunities for growth and adaptation.

For more than 30 years, I have been exploring my dreams through paint. Knowing I was on a journey to work with clients and their dreams, I set off on a meandering path of education that was always explored from a Jungian perspective. In the early 90’s, I received my BA in Art and Design with a minor in Classics from the University of Alberta. In 2002, I received my Masters of the Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California, USA. From there in private practice, I married my love of art and the creative with Jungian Psychology in my work with clients.
I am a Psychologist for children, adolescents and young adults and I specialize in using artistic and creative approaches such as drama, movement, play, sand play, art, music, poetry and structured games alongside traditional talk therapy. Through this process, I help clients articulate feelings, explore relationships and experience self-fulfillment.
