Karine Langley is a bilingual (English/French) Registered Psychotherapist based in Ottawa, Ontario, with over 30 years of clinical experience. She holds a Ph.D. and has worked as a therapist within the Canadian prison system, the Canadian Navy, and as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) therapist — bringing rare depth and versatility to her practice.
Karine specializes in individual psychotherapy, PTSD and trauma therapy, children's and adolescent therapy (ages 5–18), couples and marriage counselling, addictions therapy, and Catholic and spiritual counselling. She is a practicing Catholic and former Navy and Prison Chaplain, trained to support clients across multiple faiths navigating theological, ethical, or spiritual challenges.

Mindfulness Based Practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
The Ottawa Mindfulness Clinic provides eight week group symptom management programs to individuals suffering from a range of psychological and physical disorders. These disorders include Depression, Anxiety, Burnout and other Occupational Stress Injuries as well as chronic pain and other chronic physical disorders. Dr. Lynette Monteiro and Dr. Frank Musten are the co-directors of the clinic. They along with their senior teachers offer programs regularly throughout the year, As well they provide training to professionals aspiring to bring mindfulness skills to their professional practices. The Clinic also offers focused mindfulness training programs to public and private organizations that wish to include mindfulness training as part of their organization's Well-Being initiative. All programs are taught at the Ottawa Mindfulness Clinic in a space that is co-located with our private Psychology Practice in the Phenix Medical Building at 301-595 Montreal Road.
