Central Counselling Centre provides professional counselling services to the locals of Greater Victoria and outlying communities. Our staff is extensively trained and have years of experience in this field.
I am a clinical psychologist, registered in British Columbia and Alberta. My primary office is in Victoria, where I provide treatment services to adult and adolescent clients. I conduct psychological and vocational assessments for members of the legal community, for third party organizations, and for private individuals.
I offer therapy for individuals, couples and families. I have doctoral level training in adolescent development and general clinical psychology. I can help with anxiety, depression, parenting questions, stress and other areas. Coping with chronic health conditions and pain are also an area of specialized interest.
I have counselled many people experiencing a variety of interpersonal struggles including addictions, incarceration, depression, physical illness, anxiety, and existential dilemmas, among others. I strive to collaboratively build upon the inherent strengths of each client allowing them to authentically live and interact with others. Through counselling, a person will discover new aspects of themselves, empowered to live life in a way that leaves them feeling fulfilled, content, and connected. Counselling is a journey into the self and back again where change is always possible.
