'Aqua Deck' grew even during the slow economic times; however, by 2004 I was ready for another challenge. I sold that business and started Denbie Homes. I enrolled with National Home Warranty and started building spec homes. Since then, I have enjoyed varied challenges including custom homes, multifamily developments and commercial projects. I continue to attend conferences to keep up to date on current trends and standards in the construction industry.
