Food was a delightful surprise, since visiting a chain I would expect much less, especially with my past experiences with Kelsey's Menu!
Service was very good, the restaurant is nice, good atmosphere, though sort of noisy and chilly in the wintertime.

Not sure why there are bad reviews on here. Must have visited at a bad time or something. I eat here almost weekly and am never let down. The menu is always improving and the service is pretty well standard- GREAT.
Drinks specials are always happening and there are usually seasonal deals as well. If something does go wrong (which is inevitable once in a while in ANY restaurant), a manager always comes out to fix the problem and adjust the bill accordingly.

Yahoo! I was loving it! The food was scrumptious and salty. The drinks were icy cold and sweet. The atmosphere was grim and surly. Seats ripped and torn, tables crummy and sticky. Williams is essentially an expanded coffee house, that offers food which is edible, but not great. But, that is to be expected, as no one would go here expecting fine dining. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, service is quick and the place seems to be clean. Being right across from McMaster, it is often full of students, many who come to study, and staff doesn't seem to mind.
Williams does have a large variety of dessert offerings, from great cakes to fresh waffles and various icecream desserts. A great place for coffee and dessert!

Decor was GORGEOUS, staff super friendly and efficient. One of our apps was not up to snuff so we returned and got another that was AMAZING. Everything else followed suit. Rib steak was the best I ever had. Cheesecake was divine. We would DEFINITELY go back.
