They immediately began renovations, both physical and operational, to expand the services provided by this local market. This evolution took a few years and now they proudly support their community as The Welcome Woods Market. With a focus on customer service, the Strucks and their friendly staff are always interested in hearing your opinions and suggestions. Much of the store transformation was based on the needs and wishes of the community. The introduction of the Deli and the Liquor Agency helped complete the refurbishing of this vital neighbourhood store. The owners, who have two children, are very strong supporters of the Halfmoon Bay Community School and its programs, and are involved with many sport organizations on the Sunshine Coast.
