I recently had a very embarassing issue to deal with... bed bugs! Ugh! The owner of the company was so professional and understanding. He came and dealt with this nasty problem, and even did follow up visits to ensure that they were all gone. He was so friendly and informative. My family and I sleep so much easier now. I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service.
