Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

Welcome to Hank’s TIRECRAFT Carleton Place! They are the largest tire dealer in the Carleton Place area, a small town west of Ottawa. This Carleton Place location was opened in 1960 by an independent business owner. In October of 1999 the shop was sold to David Fleming who also owns a shop located in Smiths Falls, just south of Carleton Place.
