Universal Auto Body's service is second to none. The prices were well below what other body shops charge, in fact, a few hundred dollars less. Yes, the wait time is a few weeks but when you see the excellent job they've done on your vehicle you'll agree it was worth waiting for. The owners are courteous and helpful despite their busy schedule. I have recommended Universal to all my friends should they require body work and I guaranteed them they wouldn't be disappointed. After reading the last 2 reviews, I must say I can see their point of view as I had the same issue MANY years ago. I bought a Prius C from them in 2015 and have been very happy with everything. Do I see areas to improve on, for sure but all around been happy with their product and service has been good. I will for sure return to buy my next PriusC when I am ready. (or something else)
