This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. First visit, needed a battery replaced immediately. They had it there within 5 minutes of my arrival, tested the old one no charge, installed the new one and had me on my way really quickly. The bill was a lot less than I thought it was going to be on the labor end, usually where one is gouged lol, which was a delightful surprise. The shop is clean, there is a Keurig coffee machine, the people are pleasant and helpful, and I highly recommend this place. They are now our family mechanic.

I visited Little's on Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 to have my brake pads replaced and a belt squeak checked out. The management and the mechanics were professional and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and they were able to fix up the car very quickly and on short notice. The final amount was below what was quoted to me and the car is running great. Worth the drive out from Ottawa - I'll be back for sure. Definitely recommend!
