I brought my mazda tribute to Midas in bells corners for a noise. They took me in right away. The mechanic took it for a drive and brought it into the shop. Within 20 mins they had a estimate for me. They fixed my mazda by the time they said they would with no additional costs. I was very happy with the service on the front counter and the quality of work from Ken. I will certainly go back!

While I ended up buying a different car from another dealer, I was very impressed by just how accommodating the salesman (Matt) and the used car Mgr (Rachad) were while we spent 2 days trying to determine if a hybrid was right for us. They allowed us to take the car over the weekend to really put it to the test. The follow up discussion & negotiation was no hassle/no stress. Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.
