I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. Dr Allbright and the staff at the Southampton Pet Hospital are awesome. Over the years, they have cared for my dogs and cats with love and compassion.
