We have been taking our pet here for the last 7 years. The care is fantastic and the staff really care about animals and ensuring the best care for your pet. When our cat was hit by a car they kept us up to date on his progress and ensured that they were upfront about the care and attention he needed and what the associated costs would be. It was great to go through this stressful situation with caring and compassionate service like Granville Island Veterinary Hospital offered. I was referred to Image Optometry from a local Ophthalmologist, the last time I got new glasses I went to one of these optical shops that do sight testing, it was horrible! Image Optometry provided me the most in depth eye exam the doctor was awesome, and even with a beautiful new pair of glasses, I was only charged $89.95 TOTAL!!! No taxes or anything, that was less than 1/4 of the sight testing guys that didn't even know what they were doing - I did some research, these guys don't even need any credentials! I have brought multiple pets to this hospital over the years.My pets have visited them multiple times whenever they had problems. Whenever there was a problem Dr. Rana would tell us step by step what needs to be done to return them to a good health. If there are any surgeries performed, our pets received great treatment. They are very caring, calling us multiple times to check on the recovery of our pets.
The staff is very cheerful and friendly! From the attention and petting they have given my cats and dogs i can say that they must be big animal lovers!
I have recommended this place to my friends and they enjoy the service here too!
