At Del's Lawn and Yard Services we strive to build a good working relationship with our clients since we opened for business in 2010. We provide complete lawn care services for home and business owners in Penticton and throughout the surrounding communities.
In 2011 the owners of Poplar Grove asked Sheila and Paul Jones to consider moving their restaurant to their winery in Penticton. A new beginning, a new challenge and great plans for the future began in July 2012 when the Vanilla Pod Restaurant at Poplar Grove Winery opened its doors.
Gavin Miller came to Canada in 1997, was inspired by the burgeoning wine industry in the Okanagan, and decided to go back to school to learn about grapes and wine in order to begina career in wine sales. A short way into the course, he decided his passion was not to sell wine, but to grow grapes and make wine.
Every day, we assist hundreds of people in dozens of communities - helping them to achieve dignity, resilience and well-being at every stage of life. Our skilled and caring professionals, educators, care workers, service personnel, counsellors and volunteers provide a broad span of life-changing programs and services.
