Midori was originally a very small catering and takeout business. Each new season brought more business to the small restaurant. Midori moved into a larger, more upscale and newly renovated location, complete with a patio and a liquor licence.

South beach is full of families and more mature sun bathers enjoying watching the children and grand children run in and out of the water. Both beaches are full of locals who have wandered down from their cottages and homes for a day of relaxation and fun.
