Mostly impressed by their level of customer service! I do not live in Abbostford, and after having heard positive feedbacks about the quality, I went into the BC Liquor store, which they did not carry. I contacted the wineyard directly and inquired about nearby locations in my city where I could obtain a bottle. They provided me with a few places. However, the wine master himself contacted me directly on my cellphone to advise me that they had dropped a load of bottles at my local liquor store!

Always courteous, always willing to closely listen and add remarks that fit the situation, and even told me there was no problems with my car when I went there for a tuneup.
