I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.

We got very positive emotions with "Marina's Swim School".
At the beginning our kids started to swim, later on me and my wife got lessons as well.
The school is doing Red Cross program, like in other community centers.
But attention and method are pretty different.
I want to say a personal thank you to Jania for our kids.

The Langley Olympians is a fun year round swim club that teaches the skills that swimmers need to pursue swimming at its highest level. The Langley Olympians offer programs for both kids and adults at the Walnut Grove Community Center and WC Blair Recreation Center in Langley. Whether you’re new to competitive swimming or are an experienced swimmer the Langley Olympians will have a program for you.
We are proud of our Marina's Swim School students for their many accomplishments, and believe in honoring these accomplishments accordingly. Upon completion of a swim level, each student receives a progressive card; they then have it as a constant reminder of what they have achieved, and what they are capable of achieving in the future. Learning to swim takes time, practice, and patience, but the rewards are tremendous. We encourage our students, always, to keep trying, and to never give up; it is the surest way to achieving one's goal.
