Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped.

When our front entrance ceiling light/fan screws let go and it was only held in place by the security wire we found ourselves in urgent need of an electrician. Jet Electric responded to our call the same day and were back to install our new light the next day. Starbuck (the electrician) was extremely friendly and very efficient.
