As a painter started twenty-three years ago, I took the Red River Painting and Decorating course, and started on my merry journey figuring I knew everything about my trade.My first job was at Community Painting and Decorating. The first project was exterior, and the boss told me to start painting the garage. At the end of the day my brush had as much paint on the handle as what was in the cutting pot. The brush had even more paint on it the next day, because it was apparent how useless I was. My boss was an expert in the trade, and an expert in giving a frantic verbal whip-lashing training technique. He was the best, and oh how I loved him!The technique was quickly improving, and I was becoming very neat, and clean at the projects. Some of the homes were so beautiful, and there was an extreme caution to be 100% professional in conduct, and in proper trained principles. The last thing I wanted was to buy a rug with my paint on it, worth more than my truck.

Mark down Saturday Sept. 6 on your calendar for Bourkevale's annual Hoedown and soccer windup.Jul 1, 2014Soccer winds up for the seasonBourkevale Bruins had a great season this year. They learned a lot about soccer and mostly, they had plenty of fun. Big thanks to the coaches!Bourkevale's mini soccer season wrapped up June 26 after another another fun and exciting year. Bourkevale hosted several teams in 2014 and there was plenty of activity on the club's well-groomed soccer fields weekday evenings. Our volunteer ground crew did an exceptional job again maintaining the fields, including grass cutting, weed control and line painting. Without them, and our volunteer coaches and soccer convenor, Bourkevale would not have a soccer program. So remember parents, without your participation, there is no soccer!

Although our specialty is fences and decks, we also build other outdoor structures such as:- bars- rain barrel stands- etc.Customer satisfaction is paramount and we at St. James Fencing pride ourselves in our work.
