Appalachian Flooring ltd. began operations in 2001 with the opening of its flooring plant in Cowansville, Québec. This plant was expanded in 2004 with the opening of our onsite prefinishing plant. This allowed us to develop our signature Evershine™ finish which was launched in 2006. In 2007 we continued our targeted expansion policy by building our state-of-the-art kilns. During the end of 2009 and start of 2010 Appalachian expanded once again investing in automating portions of the process to improve the quality of the flooring installed in your home. These steps have allowed us to greater control over the quality of our end product.

With 25 years of experience, Récupération 2000 is the go-to source for waste collection, management, sorting and compacting in the Brome-Missisquoi area. Récupération 2000 is sensitive to both financial and environmental concerns and strives to offer simple and effective services to individuals, municipalities and businesses. Our goal is to combine the complementary steps of waste collection under the same roof, while continuously ensuring quality. We are the region’s only company to have received a recyclables sorting and recovery center permit issued by the Quebec ministry for sustainable development, the environment and the fight against climate change. Wood, paper, cardboard and metal residues are handled in a manner that reduces the costs and mitigates the environmental impacts. They are processed in our state of the art facility located in Cowansville’s industrial park.
