Lors de mon retour de St-Jérôme, il y a 2 personnes âgées qui sont tombés par terre lors de la sortie d,autobus. Il y avait à la première place ou se range lautobus un steppe en ciment ou lon prend nos valises qui nest pas bien visible ainsi que la montée pour le trottoir lorsque lautobus est pleine et que tout le monde veulent sortir en même temps. Vous serait-il possible de mettre des plaques fluorescentes pour ne pas que le problème se reproduise. Merci.
