I've had only 4 cold laser sessions on my knee and am so pleased. I suffer with meniscus pain and am waiting for surgery which just got rescheduled again. I totally agree with the other review. I am new to Nanaimo and had a huge landscaping job where many truck loads of blast rock had to be removed from around the house and a retaining wall built. The project was difficult. Darren and his crew not only did everything to my specifications, they did it very professionally within a few days. Love coming here when visiting my family. We usually all eat from the buffet. There is not a huge selection; however, the food in the buffet is always replenished quickly so it is always hot and fresh. Their garlic prawns are definitely a favourite. Service is always wonderful!
