Welcome to Bodywork Physiotherapy, Pilates and Health! We are located in the beautiful town of Comox in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, BC. Through our physiotherapy treatment as well as our STOTT pilates conditioning we strive to give our patients and participants exceptional service with profound results. Bodyworx is owned and operated by Licensed Physiotherapist and Certified STOTT pilates instructor. Lynn Brandon. Together with her colleagues, also fully certified in their areas of expertise, she promotes a healthy lifestyle for those at home, at work and at play.

The format for the latter will alternate between reading aloud in small groups in some sessions, followed by others in which you'll give and get a more detailed written response to work circulated between sessions. Participants will gain confidence in their writing skills; and get a sense of reader response. The program is designed to help those in process with writing, who want a tune up in some of the key areas of writing craft and some feedback on their work. You should be prepared to do some writing between classes and to give time to thoughtful written reviews of work submitted by others within groups of four to six people. These sessions may continue in the bi-­-monthly format in winter 2015.
