Love coming here when visiting my family. We usually all eat from the buffet. There is not a huge selection; however, the food in the buffet is always replenished quickly so it is always hot and fresh. Their garlic prawns are definitely a favourite. Service is always wonderful!

The moment you walk through the door the wonderful smell of cedar and their friendly staff greet you. Just the most amazing bird store!! I’ve learned SO MUCH over the years about our local birds from the amazing owner Colin! They always answer my e mail or phone queries promptly and carry quality seeds and related products. Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.
